M/s ASE Cold Care Facility (“The Facility”) has established the Modified Controlled Atmosphere (CA) Cold Storage facility in Garha More, Vehari, providing refrigerated storage and preservation solutions for perishable items, particularly fruits and vegetables.
This method ensures enhanced product quality and extended shelf life, catering to both domestic and international markets.

Our service capacity includes a strategic location, modern refrigeration plant, and solar power plant.
Capacity
The total covered area of the facility is approx. 55,000 square feet constructed by meeting all local and international standards specific to the cold storage facilities. The facility has 11 separate cold rooms with the total installed capacity of 25,000 metric tons (MT) or 200,000 bags (approx.).
Modern Refrigeration Plant
The entire plant has been acquired from a single vendor who is one the leading manufactures having a significant footnote in the industry worldwide. The plant is robust, energy efficient and modern. The facility is equipped with superior insulation technology ensures precise temperature control, safeguarding product integrity.
Power Energy
The Cold Storage facility is energized with 830 KW imported Captive Solar Power Plant which is sufficient for all its energy needs. However, as backup, sanctioned load of 810KVA through two transformers of 400KVA and 630KVA from national grid (WAPDA) is available at the facility’s premises. The facility has also installed power generators of 500 KW as secondary power backup.
Strategic Location
The facility is located in Vehari (Punjab) which is the agricultural hub and is well connected with rest of the province. The location of this facility offers a great deal of ease & accessibility from farms to storage and then from storage to markets
